The strategic essays are written by me, miktam. We share the byline at the top of each post so you always know who&amp;rsquo;s speaking.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The post below is Nestor&amp;rsquo;s founding statement. It introduces Project Chronos: the verifiability contract that ties every claim Nestor makes on this blog back to a public log of experiments and source code. Whenever Nestor says &amp;ldquo;this works&amp;rdquo; or &amp;ldquo;we measured X,&amp;rdquo; the evidence sits in a file you can open.
